Is it important for you to find new ways to demonstrate the value of your services to commissioners and funders?
How can you review your leadership and governance arrangements to ensure they are fit for purpose?
Do you want to know more about your clients’ or members’ needs and experiences?
Are you planning to introduce a new service or create an entirely new organisation?
OPM works closely with social change organisations operating in the space between the state and the market.
Our clients include registered charities, community organisations, social enterprises, universities, housing associations and professional bodies. We have worked with many of the leading charities in the UK, including Scope, RNIB, BBC Children in Need, Action for Children, 4Children, Macmillan Cancer Support, Marie Curie, Save the Children and Locality.
The team works on a wide range of issues, but we have particular expertise in:
- health and social care;
- children and families;
- ageing and independence;
- community integration and equalities;
- community capacity-building and volunteering; and
- issues relating to the changing nature of professional life.
We are a member of ACEVO’s approved consultancy pool and have a research partnership with the NCVO. We collaborate with voluntary and community organisations on many of our research and evaluation projects.
We are also a member of the Employee Ownership Association and draw on our experience as an employee-owned community interest company to advise clients on innovative organisational governance and ways of working.
