As part of a programme of engagement around the reconfiguration of acute services, in South West London, we delivered an options appraisal stakeholder event involving representatives from six boroughs, elected officials, local clinicians, representatives from NHS providers, patients and the public. We re-introduced the case for change, the evidence for the options under review and facilitated a detailed evaluation of each option against a set of criteria. The programme steering board took the outcomes from the appraisal process and made a formal recommendation.

We delivered a behavioural simulation exercise of the whole of Bath and North East Somerset’s urgent care system. The event brought together local stakeholders from across the health and social care economy, collectively fast forwarding the local health and social care system. It provided participants with the opportunity to shape and influence plans for the management of urgent care, and ensure that the system can respond quickly and effectively to urgent care challenges when they arise.
