OPM's ‘light-touch’ evaluation process. This is a collaborative approach to evaluation, based on capacity building and knowledge transfer. The onus is on supporting you to undertake the bulk of the data gathering and evaluation work yourself, in a structured way, with specialist input from an OPM researcher who acts as a ‘critical friend’ throughout.
