Having worked as a qualitative market researcher prior to joining OPM Group, Viviana has focused on helping a wide range of clients understand and empathise with their customers. She is passionate about uncovering root causes and key insights that influence decision-making. Viviana has a varied cross-cultural experience, having worked across different global markets and industries, from tech to banking, FMCG, pharma and media, and more recently, the public and third sector.
‘I enjoy connecting with different stakeholders and quickly picking up on trends and unmet needs. I am keen to help address these through a variety of research approaches and frameworks, in particular design thinking, storytelling or behavioural change. I joined OPM with the goal of using and further developing my skills to tackle societal challenges. Since joining, I have delivered a complex economic assessment for a national health programme, helped a charity evaluate their social impact and talked to libraries all over the UK about their latest innovation and I am very excited to continue working on such diverse and impactful projects.’
