Since joining OPM in 2007 I have been lucky enough to work on a broad range of projects across health and local government. My main focus has been on conducting evaluations and research that use a multi-method approach.
Currently, I am taking a particular interest in designing and analysing online surveys and working on an evaluation of three data sharing pilots whose aim is to reduce the incidence of worklessness. The pilots hope to highlight the benefits of data sharing; the techniques and approaches that work and the impact and cost.'
