Tarran is an experienced project manager and social researcher having worked on research projects for a range of public, private and third sector organisations.
‘I joined OPM as part of my commitment of using robust research to providing actionable insights for policy makers and practioners to implement real change and make services work better for the end user. I’m experienced in designing qualitative and quantitative research for public, private and third sector clients, and enthusiastic about adopting innovative approaches to meet each client’s needs. I’m particularly interested in how local context can shape the delivery of services, and in ensuring evaluation approaches are tailored to fit within this specific local environment.
I enjoy working with clients from a range of sectors, from understanding services from a user perspective to improving outcomes. I’m also passionate about research within the field of health and social care – having previously led a number of projects in this area.’
