Siobhan rejoined OPM Group in February 2017 as Project Coordinator.
She was previously Office Assistant and Office Coordinator for the OPM Group. Siobhan is a highly skilled organizer of people and tasks. She supports the team to deliver projects to the highest standards.
Her project support roles require ongoing liaison with project managers and great communication skills. Siobhan ensures that project teams have the staff numbers and skills they need to deliver their projects on time. She coordinates our large team of temporary staff and makes sure that the administrative needs of the teams are identified and met. Siobhan’s ability to look ahead and anticipate requirements contributes to smooth project delivery and efficient use of resources.
Siobhan also provides administrative and ad-hoc project support. This includes processing postal responses to consultations, data entry, quality checking and booking of travel.
