'I'm motivated by the idea that 'efficient' public services should not be at the expense of equality. Working with OPM provides a fantastic opportunity to work with both providers and service-users to tease out that balance.
Through my research I gather robust, qualitative data using a range of methodologies and reflexive practice. This evidence base of different perspectives is synthesised into high-quality and practical recommendations, communicated in a clear and comprehensible style.
With experience in the private and voluntary sector I bring a range of insights to my work, in particular when working with people from disadvantaged backgrounds and young people.'
