'Much of my work deals with the relationship between citizens, frontline services and policy development. Through the use of collaborative approaches, social networking and deliberation I help clients to make better public interest decisions, and deliver services in a more targeted, personalised and efficient manner.
I value the contribution citizens and communities make, and the empowering benefits of effective citizen engagement and collaboration. Recent highlights have been our work on how digital technologies can reduce social inclusion, the use of video-ethnography to help understand the coping strategies of low-income rural households, and projects on effective data sharing across local strategic partnerships.'
