'I joined OPM in 1998 and my work has focused on helping leaders and managers to identify and take forward changes that will improve services and make a bigger difference to people and communities. My particular interests have been in children's services, education, local government and local partnerships. Currently, I am particularly engaged with commissioning and efficiency issues.
As a qualified executive coach, I also enjoy working with public service leaders across sectors and helping individuals to realise their own potential and drive forward progress for their organisations.
I am proud to be OPM's current chief executive and to be a leader of our employee-owned organisation. Everyone at OPM wants to help to improve social outcomes and to operate as a values-based organisation.'
