Since I joined OPM in 1991, my work has focused on developing leadership effectiveness with senior managers, building organisational capacity for change, and strategy formation. I am an experienced executive coach and direct OPM's suite of national leadership programmes.
Currently, I am working with a number of health service organisations, local authorities, the Prison Service and the Higher Education Funding Council for England.'
