Helen is an Associate Fellow who specialises in Leadership and Management Development
Helen is a chartered occupational psychologist who joined OPM from a business psychology firm. Helen is a now an associate for OPM, as she is completing her Doctorate in Counselling Psychology at City University. Helen is an accredited coach and has experience of using a range of psychometric tools, reports and evaluations in developing senior executives. She specialises in the application of psychological theory to Leadership and Management Development.
Her recent work across the public sector has ranged from developing quantitative diagnostic frameworks for leadership evaluation in the NHS, providing 360 degree feedback and coaching to Local Government Public Sector Leadership teams and running bespoke workshops in leadership and management development, assessment and development centre management for a range of public sector clients. She is also an associate of the mental health charity MIND and provides coaching and counselling for NHS service users.
