'I began my career working in desktop publishing for several years before graduating with a degree in Information Technology (IT). I started with OPM nine years ago. As the System Support Officer, I work with Geoff Page, the System Manager, to provide internal ICT services.
Some of my responsibilities include systems maintenance and development, planning and business continuity. I also assist OPM members with technical queries.
I find working at OPM rewarding as the role allows me to do many interesting tasks. I often face challenging situations and I get to develop preventive solutions to ensure OPM’s IT systems remain safe and secure. I enjoy finding solutions to sometimes puzzling and complex problems.'
