'It has been quite a ride since I joined OPM in 2000. I have never worked for an organisation that cares so much about social result. My journey at OPM is a prime example of this and I would like to tell you why.
On joining OPM I had no experience of speaking English. This did not prevent OPM from recognising my potential and over the years they have supported and given me the opportunity to grow despite the language barrier.
I am proud to say that I am nearly fluent in English although in my role I’m often challenged when writing reports but I thoroughly enjoy this.
I’m primarily responsible for managing and maintaining OPM’s premises on Gray’s Inn Road, enabling it to operate smoothly and effectively at the high standard required. He ensures that the office is a safe, healthy and functional environment for employees and visitors to work in.
Over the past four years I have mainly focussed on working to minimise the environmental impact of OPM’s activities. A carbon footprint reduction of 12 per cent has been achieved by reducing energy consumption since the first initial audit in 2006. For the second year running, OPM earned the Carbon Smart Gold Award for its exceptional actions to reduce environmental impact.
I have a Masters degree in Business Administration and Management from Reims University, France.'
