'A social researcher and evaluator by background, I am responsible for leading business development at OPM, ensuring that we produce high-quality proposals and responses to clients' requests. For the last 15 years, I have worked extensively on major evaluation and research projects for clients across the public and voluntary sectors. In addition to major evaluations for central government, I have conducted feasibility and research studies for a wide range of voluntary organisations and used deliberative methods to ensure that citizens are at the heart of decision-making processes.
I lead OPM's work on preventing extremism, promoting social cohesion, and building integrated communities. I regularly speak at national events and write for publication on issues relating to extremism, inter-faith dialogue and social cohesion. I am a Trustee of Penrose, a charity which has provided help and support for ex-offenders and people with mental illness for over 40 years.'
