I have spent over 20 years in local, regional and central government working in the interest of vulnerable children and young people. I am passionate about partnership working and have worked extensively with local authorities and their partners to support the sector to share practice and improve services.
Most recently I have been working as Regional Lead for the Commissioning Support Programme in the East of England and latterly also in the East Midlands. I believe that effective commissioning can dramatically improve operational and strategic service delivery leading to improved outcomes for children, young people and families. I am now working extensively with local areas wishing to develop co-production and the personalisation agenda.
I am an ILM qualified executive coach.
