'After working with British Gas, the NHS and a University, I am now using this experience at OPM to deliver innovative leadership programmes to a variety of clients.
I am passionate about giving space to leaders to reflect and understand their leadership and organisational dilemmas. I use action learning, coaching and conversational approaches to make this happen. I am also fascinated by issues around how leaders cope with busy roles – the techniques they use, the priorities they set and the balance (or not) that they achieve. I have also contributed to international leadership programmes – working in Bulgaria, Spain and Belgium.
I also sit on the OPM ESOT (Employee Share Ownership Trust) as an elected trustee and am interested on the impact employee ownership has on organisations and the different demands it places on leaders.'
