'I have many years' experience at providing project, administrative and personal support. I have been at OPM since 2006 and I provide day-to-day and project support to the Chief Executive, the Director of Public Governance and Commissioning, and a Principal member of staff within our Health team. It is the role of the Leaders Support Group to provide a first class support framework to enable our colleagues to provide the very best to our clients. Another significant area of my work is ensuring that all board matters are flagged with the right person at the right time.
My background has always involved client-facing roles and I'm really pleased that this has continued at OPM. I'm very aware that clients need to speak with someone who is friendly and approachable but also knowledgeable, professional, and reliable.
