'I work with the Organisational Development and Policy team, more particularly on the central and local government evaluation and policy projects. I enjoy co-ordinating projects from beginning to end and working with various clients and partners. I also enjoy working on internal projects including OPM’s internal induction pack and our travel plan – part of OPM’s commitment to minimise its environmental impact.'
