OPM provides innovative services in consultancy, people development, research and specialist support. Our own public interest activities keep us at the leading edge of research and analysis.

Organisational development

Providing diagnostic and analytical support; helping organisations and partnerships to make fundamental changes, define shared goals, build contracts, measure outcomes.

Leadership and management development

Providing short and longer-term programmes for managers and leaders; accredited coaching, coaching training and supervision. We are accredited users of a range of assessment and development tools.

Stakeholder engagement

Working directly with organisations and stakeholder groups, to help understand people's experiences and views, establish common goals, and agree actions for change.

Analytical studies and research

Undertaking projects such as long term evaluations, guidance, toolkits, policy and practice reviews, consultations and surveys, and 360 degree feedback. Also our public interest research activities and our 'futures' work.

Promoting excellence in governance by bringing together our expertise in leadership and organisational development with our experience of working with people in governance roles.

Design and publications

Helping organisations to write, edit and design publications that people will want to read, whether in print, electronic documents or websites.

Events organisation and support

Providing a full events support service, from initial planning through venue sourcing and booking, recruitment, equipment and materials preparation, to administration and hospitality on the day.
