OPM wins place on Elis Framework

Wednesday 8 October 2014

We are delighted to announce that OPM has won a place the Elis Group Framework Agreement. The Elis Group, comprising of six leading Clinical Support Units (CSUs) will provide services to over 90 Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), covering over 24 million people in the UK. The Elis Framework will allow CSUs to access high quality, flexible capacity and expertise from trusted partners to strengthen their offers to customers without the need for procurement each time.

Following the invitation to be part of the agreement, delegates from OPM met with representatives from the CSUs, suppliers and NHS England at the NEC in Birmingham on 29 September to launch the Elis Transformation Framework to hear more about how it will be used to transform care for patients.

At OPM we are looking forward to working with CSUs across our following areas of expertise:

  • Needs assessment: Collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative information to help understand patients’ needs and experiences.
  • Best practice advice and implementation: Devising more effective services, building new care pathways, assessing economic value and impact, applying best practice guidance and designing improvements in patient experiences.
  • Patient and Public Engagement: Using a range of methods to ensure patients and communities contribute meaningfully to strategy development, including deliberative events, digital tools and pop-up dialogues.
  • Organisational development and System Development: Leading system wide change, strengthening local partnerships, and improving clinical leadership and board governance.
